Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Degree holder with at least 2 years in a sales related environment
Preferably working in Interior Design Company on residential or commercial renovation related field
Strong presentation, communication & negotiation skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
Self-motivated individual

Responsibilities

To achieve sales target and teamwork in order to develop business, surpass the sales target & improve market share
Developing marketing strategies with action plans to penetrate new markets
Conceptualize ideas, develop project plan and recommend products to meet customer’s requirement
Work with a wide range of customers, including builders, designers and homeowners
Maintain and manage the showroom to assist customers, both by appointment and walk-in while utilizing suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints timely & accurately
To provide quotation as design proposed and work within clients budgetary
To work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, main contractors and clients during construction or implementation phrase
