 Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fluency in other dialects and languages desirable
  • Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
  • Able to handle rejection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


     Responsibilities

    • Contacting potential or existing customers to introduce products and services, with the intention to secure a viable meeting appointment
    • Engage potential or existing customers via email blasts, social media communication and any other marketing/communications method
    • Meet daily or weekly targets, as mutually agreed with the supervisor
    • Enter and update customer information in the customer relationship management (CRM) database
    • Maintain records of sales calls, and note useful information related to sales calls.
    • Any other duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor
