Responsibilities
Failure tracking of a large networked (TCP/IP) mission critical
system.
Provide 24/7 support on site and phone support for a data centre. Shift on
work.
Interface with product vendors internationally for development, upgrades and
resolve system bugs.
Represent international consortium of vendors at management level meetings.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and operational workflows.
