Most of events pre-work are done in office environment. On certain days, we will be outside either for running events, setting up for events, venue recce or just lunching and bonding together.

Team dynamics:

Being a young company, our structure is very flat. You'll be working closely with everyone in the company no matter the senority or position. We work in a very open environment where we encourage open communication, sharing of ideas and helping each other out even if it's outside your usual scope of work. That way you will understand each other's job better whilst learn different skill set.

We also work with other partners or specialists in the area of their work. That way we get the best brains to work together in a project and meet new friends! Most importantly, you'll also get to learn from them.

Have marketing and business mindset
Create timely and engaging content, optimize platform for intended audience
Have good organizational skills (organized, detailed oriented)
Don't mind to help a team mate in need in their work
Positive attitude (NO blaming, excuses, drama, gossip & complain)
Proactive problem solver and resourceful
Good attitude
Punctual

Added advantage if you have these skills:

Prior experience in running university projects or work in events industry
Understand the nature of what people like to read or view
Create awesome presentation slides
Take good photos

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

Contribute to marketing ideas and executing the agreed plan
Create simple but visually appealing images and caption for social media postings
Maintain mailing list databases
Manage Company’s and clients’ social media channels
Create emails for engagement and marketing purposes
Handle web copy writing and simple web designs
Run online ads campaign
Research for ideas, marketing partnerships, vendors and event venues
Archive media including videos, images into Company e-library
Telemarketing
Make events look exciting and fun
Liaise with vendors i.e: F&B, AV, PA, printing for event
Pack, load, setup and unload items before, during and after event
Coordinate and organize items i.e: placement of swags, F&B flow, table and chair arrangements
Assist in administration i.e: project budgeting, claims, registration forms
Communicate with clients about our products and services. Learn to sell
Take pictures during event
Suggest ideas in building the exciting journey for our company together
