 Requirements

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

 Responsibilities

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

  • Assist HR Manager in day to day operation tasks in HR Department.
  • Assist in recruitment matters eg: posting of job ads, prescreening and shortlisting of candidates, coordination of interview schedule.
  • Assist in on boarding and orientation of new staff.
  • Assist in preparation of HR letters (offer letter, increment letter, promotion letter, acceptance of resignation letter etc.)
  • Payroll administration, checking of staff attendance, staff leave balance etc.
  • Update employee personal data into HR System.
  • Other HR admin adhoc tasks: Filling & documentation
