Established in 2015, Nihon Store is a leading snack specialist and is fast expanding in Malaysia. We currently operate 20 retail outlets with about 100 employees under the trade name- Okashi World/Nimaco.

We are specialized in Japanese & other countries snack. The mission is bringing in the most wanted snacks for all Malaysian. We are currently seeking for self-motivated candidates to join the mentioned positions. We commit to a friendly work environment.

 Requirements

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Pleasant looking, warm personality, good interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding and strong human relation skills
  • Able to work independently

 Responsibilities

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
  • Understand and involve in recruitment processes in a fast pace industry. You will be involved in sourcing candidate, phone screening, interview arrangement, coordination and interviewing.
  • Support the HR recruitment team in terms of documentation work and any other related tasks.
  • Maintain departmental file and database.
  • Assist in payroll related activity.
