You will play a vital role in supporting our HR team in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization.  Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, English Language, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 Responsibilities

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
  • 1.     Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential candidates through various sources, such as job boards, social media, and our internal database.

    2.     Screening Candidates: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.

    3.     Coordinating Interviews: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a seamless interview process for both candidates and interviewers.

    4.     Candidate Correspondence: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their application status and gather necessary documents.

    5.     Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist in generating recruitment reports.

    6.     Assist in On-boarding: Participate in the on-boarding process by helping with paperwork, orientation, and new hire training.

    7.     Team Support: Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives related to recruitment and talent acquisition.

    8.     Engage in training sessions to enhance your understanding of recruitment principles and practices.

    9.     Seek guidance from experienced colleagues and be open to learning from their expertise.
