Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.
Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision.
Ability to work in a fast paced and target driven environment. Be a team player in a highly successful team environment.
Able to speak/write fluently in English.
Fresh graduated is encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Matching Client with Jobseeker just in front of PC.
Achievement of company KPI
Manage existing customer accounts, retain and grow the business
To foster strong business relationships with customers and keep them informed on latest products and recruitment trends
Responsible in referral challenge ideas/ briefing/ administrative task from time to time.
