Candidates will be working with smart professionals from the industry in field of finance, HR & Marketing. They will undergo training in various aspects of business and good performers will get an opportunity to get absorbed in company payroll 


 Requirements

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business. Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.

 Responsibilities

  • Executing Learning & Development including organizing classroom training and Computer-Based-Training (CBT) for all employees.
  • Exposure to Compensation & Benefit including organizing employees?ˉ profile, medical claims and other HR documentations.
  • Exposure to recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, arranging interviews and onboarding.
  • To support and strengthen the Onboarding Project.
  • Craft out and deploy an Internship Project.
  • Provide ad hoc request on reports and assignments to HR Team.
