Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business. Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
Executing Learning & Development including organizing classroom training and Computer-Based-Training (CBT) for all employees.
Exposure to Compensation & Benefit including organizing employees?ˉ profile, medical claims and other HR documentations.
Exposure to recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, arranging interviews and onboarding.
To support and strengthen the Onboarding Project.
Craft out and deploy an Internship Project.
Provide ad hoc request on reports and assignments to HR Team.
