Requirements
Candidate must possess at or currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Able to work under pressure, independently, have self-motivate and confidence.
Computer literate & competent in MS Office.
Good interpersonal & communication skills to effectively interact with internal management and inter-department head, clients, sub-contractor & authorities.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
Responsibilities
To assist in preparation of project costing report for project P&L monitoring
To assist project manager in cost monitoring during the project implementation
Assist in accounts receivables function such as update AR master records, issues sales invoice and tracking receipt from customer
Assist in accounts payables function such as perform invoice matching, payment processing activities and perform accounts payable reconciliation by checking to supplier statement of accounts
To prepare and review monthly management accounts and ensure compliance to GST requirements
To assist in perform internal audit to ensure effectiveness of internal management system
To assist in preparation of various report such as project P&L overview, cash flows forecast
Handle other tasks and duties relating to Finance and HR as and when assigned?
