Requirements

Who are we looking for:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent.
Candidate MUST be in their final year or recently graduated.
Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the e-commerce platform.
Passionate about the growing E-commerce Industry.
Required Language(s):Mandarin (Preferable), English, Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

We hope to look for an enthusiastic individual to help with

Manage all online marketplace like SHOPEE, LAZADA and etc that leads to customer conversions.
Maintain product listing, update of product pricing & information, propose promo mechanism for all online platforms
Handle customer inquiry and provide suitable solutions.
Managing incoming order.
Order Packing, to ensure all the products packaged well and be delivered to customer’s hands safely.
Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.
