Degree in related field, preferably, Customer Service Management, Business Administration
Good interpersonal skill and customer service.
Pleasant personality, dedicated to work, self discipline and punctuality are important criteria
Computer literate, especially MsWord, MsExcel and able to pick up fast on new system
Able to converse fluently in English, with Mandarin speaking is an advantage
Responsibilities
understand the SOP of service offered to customers
answer calls without fail and attend to customers'
enquiries diligently
ensure all necessary database are updated to system and templates
