Responsibilities
We are looking for a Customer Success intern to join the team in serving our customers in KL. As the Customer Success intern, your role is to enable our customers to achieved their desired business outcomes, delivered with an appropriate experience.
Your typical day will include:
Taking ownership of the key performance metrics (e.g. annual retention and speed to adoption) and working with the team leader
Facilitate the adoption of Mednefits solution for customers by understanding their business needs and guiding them in the adoption journey to roll out to all the employees
Communicating with customers through various channels and responding promptly to their inquiries/requests
Monitor the usage of our platform by customers and identify any customers at the risk of churning
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
Providing feedback on the recurring issues raised by customers and suggestions on product improvements
