Internship for Computer / IT

Block I, Unit 11,, Dataran Prima, Jalan PJU 1/37,, Petaling Jaya, 47301, Selangor, Malaysia

IT support personnel mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems.
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to all users in Asia Pacific
Investigating, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults/ breakdown
Logging customer/employee queries
In charge of office automation appliances, devices & help desks support which include Exchange emailing, security & web hosting.
Liaise with supplier on quotation & do cost comparison.
Supporting the roll-out of new applications;
Active Directory setting up new users' accounts.
Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with end users

andidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Information Technology (IT), computer science or equivalent
Good in troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
Ability to multi-task, self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Cheerful personality and a good team player
Willing to travel when required
