Required skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Fluent in English and 华语 for both oral and written.
Able to work independently, strong work
commitment, trustworthy, good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills & vigilant on calls waiting and helpdesk enquiry.

Responsibilities

Backend operation.
Perform variety of tasks, which include debugging and system analysis.
Communicate with management team and development to improve product functionality, resolve issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
Update daily listing for day to day operation according to the given requirement.
