1. Assist
in fleet management on schedule of inspection and maintenance
2. Conduct
independent research on car model, parking zones as directed.
3. Update
database for parking zone contacts and agreements
4. Track
and manage receipt of parking zone contracts
5. Create
maps for transportation information sheets, parking passes
6. Manage
mailings, audition database
7. Organize
and maintain database of car fleets
8.
Apply good
communication skills to achieve or exceed the expected level of quality and
task output
9.
Help with ideas to
improve current operations
10.
Anticipate and
overcome operations related problems and fleet management where possible to reduce
their impact on the operation.
