Responsibilities
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
Route calls to specific people.
Control record of stamp.
To perform basic filing and clerical duties as when needed
To handle accounting matters.
To handle assigned administrative responsibilities as required
Liase with external parties such as auditors,tax,agent,banker ,company secretary and authorities.
Any ad-hoc assigned duties.
