 Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School / SPM / O Level in others or equivalent.
  • Required skill: Microsoft office.
  • 1 year relevant experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Provide administrative support to management and employees.
  • Other related duties assigned.
  • Independent, self-motivated, matured thinking and good working attitude.?

 Responsibilities

  • Data entry into the system.
  • Document control and filling.
  • Issue delivery order, invoice & purchase order.
  • General duty of clerk as instructed by superior from time to time.
  • Handle basic account work.
  • Knowledge of the office management system and procedures.
