Requirements
Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
Proven work experience as a Front-end developer
BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
Knowledge of SEO principles
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop and content management systems
Responsibilities
Web Design & Architecture (Table layouts, web interfaces, forms app, functions & concept sketching)
Translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of application
Production, modification, and maintenance of websites and web application user interfaces
Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
Understanding of User Experience (UX)
Optimise application for maximum speed and scalability
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Implementing responsive site for mobile and website
Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
