Operation Hour : 10.30am – Late Night 

  • 1st shift: 10.30am - 7.30pm
  • 2nd shift: 4.00pm - 1.00am

 Requirements


  • Great attitude & energetic with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Attention to details
  • Self-driven, motivated during peak periods
  • Ability to perform different task and duties within the outlet
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to maintain operating standard of the outlet.

 Responsibilities

  • • Arrives on time to begin duties as scheduled per duty roster.
  • • Cleans and prepares all basic food items.
  • Helps preparing daily mise en place (organizing and arranging of the ingredients )
  • Arranges all food items properly in stores.
  • Picks up food orders from various stores and outlets.
  • Performs all other tasks assigned to him by the Chef de Partie.
  • Keeps the work area clean and tidy.  Adheres strictly to safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintains proper personal appearance, hygiene and sanitation.
