Operation Hour : 11.00am – 11.30pm

  • 1st shift: 11.00 am - 8.00 pm
  • 2nd shift: 2.30 pm - 11.30 pm

 Requirements

  • Great attitude & energetic with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual evets to maintain operating standard of the outlet.

  • Ability to perform different task and duties within the outlet

  • Self-driven, motivated during peak periods

  • Attention to details

  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly

 Responsibilities

  • Arrives on time to begin duties as scheduled per duty roster.
  • Cleans and prepares all basic food items.
  • Helps preparing daily mise en place (organizing and arranging of the ingredients )
  • Arranges all food items properly in stores.
  • Picks up food orders from various stores and outlets.
  • Performs all other tasks assigned to him by the Chef de Partie.
  • Keeps the work area clean and tidy. Adheres strictly to safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintains proper personal appearance, hygiene and sanitation.
