Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Basic Computer Skill
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Able to communicate with customer on billing & payment issue.
Responsibilities
Perform general clerical duties assigned by management
Follow up supplier for the monthly billing and goods
Handling of foreign workers (send to clinic,track of passport)
Update and record employees attendances
Support in HR function such as orientation
other duties as assigned
Requirements
