  • Diploma/degree holder
  • Responsible, organized and can work independently.
  • Have a pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner and willing to learn new skills
  • Proficient in Malay & English
  • Have skills in graphic design and video editing is a plus
  • Have own transport (with driving license)


  • Answer inquiries & do follow ups to clients regarding training programs
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondences as required
  • Manage schedule for training programs
  • Deal with HRDF on program registration
  • Manage office, stationery and pantry inventory
  • Prepare materials and equipments for in-house and public programs (as needed)
  • Prepare quotation, invoice and receipts for clients
  • Do book keeping for daily transactions of company
  • Handle salary, EPF and claims of staff
  • Prepare documentation and manage claims for HRDF.
  • Update status on social media
  • Do telemarketing for in-house and public programs
  • Design basic fliers for upcoming programs
  • Design motivational and info posters for FB/IG


  • Travelling allowance will be given
  • Secretariat Allowance available (for weekend programs)
  • Opportunity to get Certificates for International Programs (NLP Certification)
  • Will be sent to training programs for office systems (officecentral) and FB marketing
  • Commission will be given for public programs and in-house programs marketed
