 Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Basic Computer Skill
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate with customer on billing & payment issue.

 Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties assigned by management
  • Follow up supplier for the monthly billing and goods
  • Handling of foreign workers (send to clinic,track of passport)
  • Update and record employees attendances
  • Support in HR function such as orientation
  • other duties as assigned
