The principal activities of the Company comprise Provision of Contingent Workforces and Managed Outsourcing Services. The Company has a long history of serving Multi-national Corporations (MNC) in the Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Automobile, Telecommunication, Tobacco, Insurance and FMCG industries. The Company positions itself in the speciality segments and has been involved in the supply of professional workforces in various fields such as IT, Business Services, Accounting, and etc.

We are hiring few Telemarketing Executives for developing a successful career and will be placed in the head office for an insurance company (Jalan Raja Chulan, KL.).

 Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma, any field.
  • Required to have at least 6 months experience in telemarketing or sales line with minimum 1 to 2 years working experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to converse in Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Good team player
  • Hardworking and continuously seek for improvement
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Attractive performance bonus entitlement
  • Salary range can up to RM3000 & above (basic + performance bonus/commission)

 Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to sell various products as per campaign assignment.
  • Provide high standard of service by following presentation guidelines in according to given product factsheet and sales script.
  • Retain customers through company’s retention strategies
  • Work with relevant departments within company to ensure any problem is solved promptly or escalated accordingly.
