Understand and involve in recruitment processes in a fast pace industry. You will be involved in sourcing candidate, phone screening, interview arrangement, coordination and interviewing.
Profiling & Resources
Support the HR recruitment team in terms of documentation work and any other related tasks.
Maintain departmental file and database.
Economic equivalent study
Knowledge on F&B Industry - market research - menu development - position title & job description - FOH & BOH term - cuisine type
