Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Proven work experience as a waiter or waitress
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Active listening and effective communication competencies
Good physical condition
Well-versed in spoken/written English and Malay
Disciplined and organised
Well-groomed and pleasant personality
Responsibilities
Greets guests and presents menu.
Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with their queries.
Server food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order.
Check products for quality and correct any problems that keep them from enjoying their meal/drink
Observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
Promptly respond to guest with any additional request.
Help other areas of the restaurant such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions.
