 Requirements


- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- have relevant working experience in customer service and telemarketing for at least min of 6 months and above
- min education level required is SPM and above

 Responsibilities


Job Description

- answering incoming and outbound calls

- Inbound calls - enquiry on registration matters, complaints on defects

  and late arrival of product ordered

- making outbound calls to set appointment and earn additional commission

- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (will be an added advantage)

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Makes telemarketing of any products & services provided by the company.
  • Ability to sell products / services through phone calls.
  • ability to work with right attitude and disciplined
  • Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese
  • PC literate?.
