Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Secretarial.
Able to communicate English, Mandarin & Malay
Possess own transport.
Reliable & able to work independently.
Willing to work 5 1/2 days.
Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
Weekly standard reports and tracking of provisions to Vanli Group.
Organizing vendors & works, scheduling, agency and Government handling.
Good Public Relation & Customer Care services for handling Management Team and Visitors.
Project a Positive Corporate Image with Impressive Front Office Management accuracy, punctual and carefulness in preparation of various type of management reports, presentations, correspondence and meet deadlines.
Miscellaneous tasks to support, which will vary according to the sector and to the director’s remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation as when needed.
Arrange meetings / conferences; prepare presentations and other related tasks.
