What you should have on you:
University degree in Business Computer Science, Digital or similar
2+ years of Digital / Technical Consulting experience
Client-facing, presentation and relationship building skills
Excellent English and Bahasa Melayu written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin is a bonus!)
Eager to learn new skills to enhance capability.
eCommerce experience is a bonus, e.g. search, merchant acquisition, ecommerce training etc

What you’ll be working on:
Gather and analyze customer requirements of MSMEs
Provide best practices to achieve customer requirements
Technical documentation of solution for client and internal teams
Support growth team in delivering documented solution
Manage multiple client relationships and partnerships
Provide guidance and advice to clients on how best to maximise value from AVANA
Deliver training to business and technical users
Assist in pre-sales activities
