Position Description:

  • Boostorder Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and competitive Sales Development Representative that thrives in a fast, aggressive startup.

  • The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

  • This is a full time position in our organization.

  • The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with two to five years of telemarketing / inside sales experience delivering quality leads to highly motivated sales teams.


Duties:

  • Making 20-40 calls per day to build and manage lead development pipeline.

  • Prospect into multiple organizations via cold-calling, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, trade shows and utilizing Internet information source.

  • Articulate the Company's value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess interest. Promote E-commerce solutions with various management levels and professionals across technical and business disciplines.

  • Achieve or exceed goal for evaluations and first meetings on a monthly basis.

  • Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions.

  • Provide baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting call.

  • Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the Company technology – and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to prospective customers.

  • Proactively stay informed of company product and competitive product and market knowledge via website, online webinars, and marketing information.

  • Update lead rank/stage and prospect interaction in Pipedrive throughout.

  • Outside travel may be required in this position, but only rarely.

 Requirements

  • Requirements:

    • Open to fresh graduates/ preferably 2+ years lead generation experience using the phone, email, and social media platforms is a plus.

    • Bachelor's degree or higher

    • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and cold-calling

    • Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment

    • Dynamic telephone presence.

    • Experience with accounting software is a plus.

    • Results-driven, self-starter, persistent, highly motivated to increase earnings despite rejections.

 Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company?ˉs products.
  • Provide a high level of customer service.
  • Familiarise yourself with company product e.g frame, lens, etc.?
