 Requirements

Requirements: 
  1. Minimum qualification- SPM/STPM, not precluding Diploma holders.
  2.  At least 20 years old.
  3. At least some formal working experience is required.
  4. Chinese-speaking ONLY
  5. Willing to work in the office tower of the company in Shah Alam

 Responsibilities


Job Description : To provide support services to sales/marketing department  
  • Order processing-check, verify and validate POs received; keying-in for processing and generate
  •  Document filing- to ensure documents such as Pos, Memo, Invoices, etc are filed accordingly for ease
  •  Generating reports-to generate standards reports, collate, extract and compute statistical report requirement on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis,, including impromptu need request
  •  Customer enquiries- to handle customer enquiries from distributors, dealers, internal departments;
  •  To communicate with private sector parties in the logistic chain. To work closely with internal departments to facilitate production scheduling and dispatch of good in delivery.
  •  Order delivery to liaise with sales personnel and production/ dispatch to expedite deliveries.
