Established in 2015, Nihon Store is a leading snack specialist and is fast expanding in Malaysia. We currently operate 20 retail outlets with about 100 employees under the trade name- Okashi World/Nimaco. 

We are specialized in Japanese & other countries snack. The mission is bringing in the most wanted snacks for all Malaysian. We are currently seeking for self-motivated candidates to join the mentioned positions. We commit to a friendly work environment.

 Requirements

  • Requirements:

    1) Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.

    2) Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    3) Responsible

  • Working Hour:

    6 days work + one day off (on Weekday)

    Shift 1: 10am - 7pm (with one hour lunch break)

    Shift 2: 1pm - 10pm (With one hour dinner break)

 Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities:

    1) To work with other colleagues to make a welcoming, customer-friendly place for customer to visit, to enquire and to buy.

    2) To serve customer with right information and knowledge of item in the outlets and assist shoppers to find the snacks they are looking for.

    3) Being responsible for processing cash sales and credit card payments.

    4) To make sure all items in outlets are merchandised neatly with correct pricing.

    5) To maintain outlet cleanliness.

    6) Be involved in stock control and management.

    7) Recruit new members.

    8) Plan and work with colleague to achieve sales target and earn incentive.

    9)To follow the operation procedures (SOP) strictly and instruction from superior.

    10) Report discrepancies and problems to the superior.
