Requirements
Candidates must posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
At least 1 years working experience in related industry.
Languages preferred: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
To manage, monitor and coordinate all Quantity Surveying works and contractual matters including progress claim, verifications, comparison and certificate of sub-contractors/supplier claim and preparing certificate payments.
To get the quotation from suppliers/sub-contractors for estimation.
To coordinate with project team administering contractual claims such as variation orders, an extension of time, loss expenses, etc.
