Requirements

Requirements:

· At least degree-industrial/ mechanical

· Familiar with injection moulding process and NPI.

· Knowledge in ISO 9001 and 14001.

· Knowledge in DOE, SPC, FMEA.

· Preferably candidates below 40 years old.

· Good leadership, communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

· To perform, manage and monitor internal quality audits in the company.

· Leading, managing and providing technical guidance to team members.

· Provide support to the in-line QA/QC in day to day operations.

· Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and handle outgoing quality issue.

· Manage and implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 in the workplace.

· Liaise with customer, manage design and engineering changes.

· Work closely with various functional teams or departments to ensure smooth operation of all activities.

· To head new product development activities as and when required.

· Perform the role of a Quality Management Representative (QMR).
