Program Coordinator

-Responsible to prepare quotations, propose and advise design (exhibition booth & related event structure).

- Develop, expand and manage exhibition projects through working closely with various parties such as organiser, internal department and vendors.

- To monitor site management and control daily progress until work is completed and handover to clients.

- To monitor event site activities and control daily progress until work is completed and handover to clients

- To ensure always update the event progress, analysis and schedule to be reported to the management.

- Responsible to register company as supplier to the government sector and follow up upcoming tender.

- Responsible to handling commercial road show and events.

 Requirements

  • Relevant Certificate/ Diploma / Degree holder with some work experience as training facilitator and / or coordinating events in a corporate setting
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and some social media marketing skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Work is largely office based, however, there's a need to visit venues, affiliates and suppliers to plan and implement events
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Flexible, target driven and with a positive approach.

 Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of training event and public seminars preparation
  • Ensure smooth operations and delivery on event days
  • Coordinate logistics and facilities for all events
  • Work closely with sales team, trainers and speakers.
  • Administer operating expenses and account keeping
  • Research, compile data and prepare reports and statistics.?
