Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in e-commerce/Marketing/Business Administration/Information Technology

· Required language(s):Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese

· At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

· Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Blog, Telegram, Video maker, Photoshop.

· Experience in managing online market places such as Lazada, Lelong, Shopee, Ebay, 11street, Facebook, weChat, etc.

· Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

· Willing to work 5.5 days

Responsibilities

· Responsible to maintain, enhance, support and improve company website and social media platforms regularly.

· Produce creative design solution with high visual impact for marketing and advertising photos, media or any others material.

· Assist in setting up online promotion.

· Able to boost online sales using digital marketing campaign.

· Developing web content including graphic and promotional banners.

· Responsible to promote products on E-commerce platform.

· List out specifications and products image in all online platforms.

· Manage and monitor sales, orders and delivery status.

· Responsible for monitoring the competitor landscape including monitoring, evaluating and analysing threats from existing or new players within the market and industry.

· Handle customer payments, manage bills and receipts.

· Maintain good relationship and positive engagement with customers.

· Develops and maintains social media platforms to increase brand visibility. Other ad-hoc duties as reasonably requested.
