Due to continually demand from the market, and in line with our local and international expansion, we seek suitable candidates to join our dedicated workforce to support our business. If you are a passionate, visionary individual who embraces online sales and social media marketing, able to operate and manage an online business independently, you are what we are looking for. Your workplace will be in our comfortable office in Kajang Town Center, which is accessible, convenient, safe and close to MRT and bus station.

 Requirements

  • ·· Responsible for order management functions to ensure on time, accurate and damage free fulfilment of customer orders.

    · Test, check, pick, pack and ship orders efficiently and accurately in order to meet daily deadlines:

    o scheduling and improving wrapping processes,

    o liaising with customers,

    o ensuring finished product quality,

    o handling shipping/receiving and related documentation,

    o ensure quality wrapping/labeling (correct dates, lot codes, neat labelling, etc.),

    o optimize inventory readiness and order fulfilment to ensure maximum sales can be realized.

    · Ensure customer gets what they order in time and receives goods in good shape, to ensure customer is satisfied with our service & product quality.

    · Process orders via our shipping and inventory management software.

    · Inventory management. Analyze, develop and assist with process improvements as necessary.

    · Ensure proper filing and documentation at all times for easy reference and troubleshooting. Checking and providing information as requested.

    · Perform general administrative and clerical works.

    · To ensure all documents are properly filed and indexed.

    · To perform other duties as and when assigned.

    · Manage stock take, stock monitoring, transfer, tracking payment, invoice tallying, answering customer’s enquiry, feedback, tracking returned and cancelled order.
