Office Assistant Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduate are welcome 
  • Need English and Chinese skills.-- Able to write Chinese
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision. 
  • Great communication skills.
  • Have a valid driver license.

 Responsibilities

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

1.     Packing 

2.     Admin work – Updating paperwork, recording information as needed, Invoicing, keep track with client, scan, emailing and handle filling

3.     Inventory – keep track with inventory, reporting the inventory every week.

4.     Helping organize the maintain office common areas.

5.    Coordinating events when necessary

6.    Handling incoming calls and other communications. – Calling customer to get order.

7.     Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

8.    Maintaining office equipment as needed.

9.     Willing to travel and assist on exhibition. 

10.  Manage to work individual.

11.   Need car to sent package when necessary.
