Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill(s): Selling skills, Communication skills, social skill, marketing skill, presentation skill, Microsoft Office.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in the Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

Responsibilities

To build good relationship with real estate negotiators/developer sales team.
To actively promote mortgage loans to meet sales target.
To assist borrowers to obtain loans from several banks.
To take charge of Letter Offer signing with customers.
To advise borrowers on debt cancellation issue.
To advise how to save money on current home loan through re-financing their house.
