Requirements
• Diploma or BA/BS in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
• Applicable for undergraduates and fresh graduates only.
• Superb written and oral communication in English, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work at Dataran Cascades Kota Damansara.
• Open for Malaysian or PR holders only.
• Prefer no notice period.
• Can work full time, Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
• Happy to work with a small team.
BONUS • Experience in online content production, editing, or marketing communications for business-focused communications.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in other languages (Malay or Chinese).
• Overall high-level awareness of web-based technologies.
Responsibilities
• Create a range of online support materials, including user guides, documentation, manuals, release notes and tutorial videos.
• Learn product functionality and utilize that expertise effectively to deliver support documents or materials (training will be provided).
• Standardize content across platforms and media.
• Revise support materials as new issues arise.
• Willing to assist on online customer inquiries and general admin duties
