Interacting with customers in Mandarin and English
Doing marketing campaigns online through social media network (Facebook / Instagram / Website ) in Mandarin and English
To assist for any ad-hoc assignment given by the management

Relationship building with our online community by maintaining Facebook, instagram accounts including scheduling post and campaign.
Track social media analytics and report results and new ideas.
Create and design content for brand awareness.?
