A lot of hand-works required to fabricate small dental product.
Able to work with detail and accuracy.
Able to use computer for some digital works/processing.
Able to meet tight delivery deadlines.
Quality required
Good hand skill and good hand-eye coordination, as the person in this position is like a sculptor.
Able to concentrate and handle detailed work.
Comfortable using small tools and devices.
Good time management skills
