    Skills, Experience and Competencies
    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Advertising/Media or equivalent.
    • Creative and imaginative, Skilled in writing clear and concise materials, skilled in computer technology
    • Passionate with social media evolution by keep tracking the development closely.
    • Thirst for learning.
    • Highly creative and love surprise.
    • Preferable to speak/write fluently in English, Mandarin.
    • Fresh graduated is encouraged to apply


      Key Objective of Role
      • Actively managing own account in Instagram and Facebook.
      • Manage queries on various social media platform
      • To foster strong business relationships with customers
      • Deliberate planning and goal settings for each social media platforms (establish awareness, increase engagement and SOV, generate/cultivate leads & sales from social media platforms)
      • Social media campaign execution and management to generate organic social traffic and increase followers
      • Social monitoring and listening (social media platform personalisation and social preferences)
      • Customers’ support on social platforms
      • Timely and effective reporting on trends, insights and research, competitors and other relevant analysis on social platforms
      • Able to provide insights on platforms requirements and changes in social media algorithm that will impact campaigns and social media activities


      • Able to gain training and experiences in digital marketing
      • Fun and casual working environment.
      • How to determine market trends and understand consumer psychology
      • Time management skills, teamwork and creative brainstorming
