Requirements

Candidates possessing or currently pursuing a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Good interpersonal relationship skills, self-motivated, customer oriented and presentation skill.
Dynamic, pro-active, time management, result oriented, aggressive, creative and willing to strive for excellence.
Able to work independently with good negotiation skills.
High responsibility and eye for details.
General knowledge of the production process/flow.
Good written and communication skills in English, Bahasa & Chinese (at least 2 of them)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).

Responsibilities

Assist in Production & Facility Operation and Upgrading
Assist in implementing the I4.0 program to the Production & Facility
Assist in implementing the LEAN program to the Production & Facility
Assist in Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting to Production System and Facility System.
Enhance QA QC
