Minimum SPM / STPM qualification.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as on the job training will be provided.
Must be 18 years old above.
Good command of English and the ability to converse in local dialects are an added advantage.
Willing to work under shift rotation, public holidays and weekends.
Able to start immediately.

To handle inbound and outbound calls, update Card members and the public regarding our resorts' facilities.
To sell and promote rooms, shows and limousine packages as well as to ensure the achievement of daily sales.
target set by the Management.
To manage customers' profile in the CRM application.
To be responsible for the adminstative and coordination of work.
