Responsibilities
The Intern will assign to one of the function of the below area:
Technical Support
Help troubleshooting customer problems related to POS systems
Assist in back end data entry for customers
IT Support
Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications for customers
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
QA Team
Conduct software testing for Orca suite of solutions
Document test cases as requested by the Supervisor.
Document and replicate bugs reported by customers
Requirements
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Excel
Preferred skill(s): Basic Computer Networking.
