- Attend to incoming calls & customer’s enquires
- Welcome guests upon their arrival
- Arrange catering ( order food for company meeting )
- Generate daily report ( for manager , sales team)
- Handling staff claims , leave

Simple PC knowledge with Microsoft Office
Language: English , Malay , Mandarin ( will be additional advantages

Possess own car ( purchase and collect food, buy things max
3 times in a month )
Location : Office nearby Segi College , Cova Square ( Kota
Damansara , PJ)
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hour: 830am-530pm
Salary package: 1000+200 ( car allowance )
