Troubleshoot and provide tips to resolve issues via telephone, email and internet.
Assess, test and reproduce software bugs. Perform
quality assurance before software releases.
Handle installation and upgrades of new releases
Provide customer guidance and support in the use of Accounting / Business Management Software solutions
Form / Report Customisation
