Requirements
Age: 21-35 years old
Experienced/Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; especially those graduated in Event Mangement, Mass Communication/Business Management-related fields
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Flexible - Able to work in the office and in the field site (public areas)
Possess excellent leadership and multi-tasking skills
Highly organized and tech-savvy in social media
Possess creative ideas for event marketing
Responsibilities
Build sustainable relationship with customers in organising their event
Engage with corporate clients regarding annual event, award night, launching and workshops
Work hand-in-hand with the team to promote team branding
Suggest improvement activities to the management and execute them
Liaise between customers and clients to boost customer-client relationships
Speak to customers and communicate their issues/inconveniences to the management and team
Work along with the team of event coordinator(s)
Manage and coordinate junior employees and delegate workload to them (for experience executive level)
